Parents or guardians providing consent assume full responsibility for the minor’s participation, ensuring that activities are appropriate for their age, health, and well-being. Certain services, particularly those involving holistic healing, meditation, or diagnostics, may have additional age restrictions or require parental supervision. Raaha reserves the right to request proof of age or consent at any time and may revoke access if eligibility requirements are not met. 4. Membership & Participation

• Membership (if applicable) grants access to specific services and benefits as outlined in membership agreements.

• Some activities may require prior booking or participation fees.

• We reserve the right to refuse service or revoke membership for behaviour that disrupts the community or violates our terms.

• Members are responsible for updating their contact details to ensure uninterrupted service.

 

5. Health & Wellness Disclaimer

• Our services include holistic, meditative, and integrative healing modalities. These are not a substitute for medical treatment.

• Participants should consult with their healthcare providers before engaging in any new wellness practices.

• We do not guarantee specific health outcomes and are not responsible for personal health decisions made based on our services.

• Raaha is not liable for any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries sustained during participation

 

6. Payment and Fees:

• Service Charges: Fees are communicated at the time of booking and may change without notice.

• Payment Methods: Accepted via credit/debit cards, UPI, bank transfers, and digital wallets. Payments must be completed before service access.

• Refund & Cancellation: Eligible cancellations within the specified timeframe may receive a partial or full refund; no refunds for late cancellations or no-shows.

• Taxes & Additional Charges: Applicable taxes and fees will be added to the final amount and communicated before payment.

• Failed Payments: Unsuccessful payments may result in booking cancellations; repeated failures may lead to restrictions.

• Financial Security: Payments are processed securely; financial details are not stored beyond necessary compliance.

• Terms Acceptance: Making a payment constitutes agreement to these terms.

 

7. Termination:

Raaha reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services if a user violates the terms of use, engages in misconduct, misuses facilities, or fails to complete required payments. Users may voluntarily discontinue services at any time by notifying Raaha, but no refunds will be provided for partially used services unless stated otherwise. Termination may also occur if required by law, regulatory obligations, or organizational policies. Upon termination, access to services, accounts, and benefits will be revoked, though any outstanding obligations, including pending payments, remain due. Raaha also reserves the right to modify, restrict, or discontinue any service at its discretion, with all termination decisions being final.

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service without prior notice.

• These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

• Failure to comply with the Terms of Use may result in immediate termination of access to our services.

• Maintain a peaceful and inclusive environment for all participants.

• Any form of discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

• Any violations may result in permanent expulsion from Raaha without refund.

1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

• Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pune, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Pune.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect. 9. Force Majeure:

 

Raaha shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its services due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, strikes, terrorism, power failures, or any other unforeseeable circumstances. In such cases, Raaha will make reasonable efforts to notify affected parties and resume services as soon as possible. No party shall be considered in breach of the terms and conditions during the occurrence of a force majeure event.
